How do I update my regular contribution rate?

If available to your plan, in most cases you can update this on your Mercer OneView account under ‘Manage My Contributions’. If your pension plan has a set regular contribution rate for all members, you will only see the option to update Additional Voluntary Contributions on Mercer OneView. If the ‘Manage my Contributions’ option is not available on your Mercer OneView account, there may just be set times of the year when you can update your regular contribution rate or you may have the option to update your regular contribution rate via an internal portal.
